Privacy Policy

Information on the processing of personal data

Information provided pursuant to Legislative Decree 196/2003 and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council of April 27, 2016 (GDPR).

1. Data controller

2. Purpose of processing.

Data are collected to provide a service, to perform a contract, to respond to a request, or as a result of a spontaneous contribution by the user. The provision is optional. Failure to provide it will prevent or limit the provision of the service or the execution of the contract with the data subject. Personal data will also be used for the following purposes:

Navigation data regarding IP address, date and time of access, requested URL are also collected anonymously. This data is collected for statistical purposes, to check the proper functioning of the services, for security reasons and to comply with current legislation. These data are not transmitted to third parties.

Personal data may be disclosed to third parties to carry out the purposes of processing.

4. Conservation

Personal data are retained for an unrestricted period of time at the discretion of the Data Controller. Where applicable, however, they are retained for the minimum period required by regulation. Access logs are retained for 6 months.

5. Place of data processing

Processing related to the web services of this site takes place at the aforementioned location and is handled only by technical personnel in charge of processing, or by any persons in charge of occasional maintenance services. The data reside on servers allocated on Italian national territory.

6. Rights of the data subject

The data subject has the right to ask the Data Controller for access to his/her personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or object to processing, and data portability. These requests will be followed up to the extent that they do not conflict with the legislation.

Personal data are not subjected to automated processes, such as profiling.

Personal data are processed in compliance with the minimum security measures set out in Annex B of DL 196/2003 and the requirements of Article 32 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
